A blue van has been caught on CCTV fly tipping asbestos and other materials during the early hours of the morning in a residential area in Southampton.
The road had to be shut while workers cleared the debris, which was scattered across the road.
On 6 April at around 2:15am a large amount of waste was illegally dumped on Cumbrian Way.
Environmental Protection Officers are working with the police to seek evidence from the fly-tip and surrounding CCTV cameras.
Our council CCTV camera footage may help us identify the offender.
