In Memory Of John Lyons

Such a sad time to mourn the passing of a dear colleague and friend in John Lyons who left us on Sunday 22nd May 2022.

John was such an influence in the asbestos world and also the wider world of Occupational Hygiene, he dedicated so many decades in the development of the BOHS Asbestos related qualifications and the Quality Assurance systems to underpin those through BOHS.

I for one will never forget him RIP to such a wonderful individual 💔

Our condolences go out to his family at this difficult time.

We've been asked to share details of John's funeral arrangements with members who may wish to attend. The funeral will be taking place on the 8th of June at 11:00 am at Flintshire Memorial Park and Crematorium Oakenholt Lane, Northop, Flintshire, CH7 6DF (https://www.flintshirememorial.co.uk/).
