How can I get my invoice?

The main account holder can get access to their invoices by logging into the website, then visiting the control panel and choose billing.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

We can’t provide a VAT receipt as NORAC is not VAT registered, however a standard invoice is available from the control panel on the website.

Why is my organization name not showing in the members list?

You will need to make sure you have ticked the checkbox that enables this. You can find it in under the Company Profile tab via the control panel menu, when logged in. You can also add a company logo, and contact details!

How do I give access to others in my organization?

You can find instructions on this by visiting the control panel menu when logged in, in the Activate Submembers page. You will need to be logged in as the main account holder to perform this action.

How can I get my membership certificate?

You can do this by visiting the control panel menu when logged in, and then navigating to NORAC Certificate . Save the page to download the PDF or print it directly from your browser.

How Do I Renew My Subscription?

You will need to login as the primary user, and then go to: https://norac.org.uk/control-panel/ then choosing billing info, if your details are up to date the payment will be taken automatically when your subscription expires. If your subscription has already expired you will find a link to reactivate it.

Why do I keep getting asked to enter my regional info when I login?

You will be propmted to enter data for your NORAC regions when login, until it is completed. This is so we can send you the right information, customize the website, and notify you of relevant NORAC info in your area. When you have entered the contact info for each region you will no longer be prompted to do so on login, and will go directly to the forums instead!

How can I keep up with a particular discussion?

You can choose the Subscribe option in the top right hand corner of any forum to be automatically notified when it gets updated. If you change your mind you can unsubscribe from it.

How can I keep track of my forum activity?

You can view your Topics Started, Replies Created, Favorites and Subscriptions from the My Activity page under the Membership menu.

What are the differences between the public forums and the private members only forums?

The public forums are viewable by anybody who visits the site, but can only be posted to by NORAC team and NORAC members. The members only forums are private and can only be accessed by NORAC members and the NORAC team.

How do I create a new topic on the forums?

Navigate to the Forum: Click on the "Forum" tab in the main menu.
Select a Category: Choose the appropriate category for your topic (e.g., General Discussion, Technical Support).
Click "New Topic": This button is usually found at the top or bottom of the category page.
Enter a Title: Make sure your title is clear and descriptive.
Write Your Post: Provide detailed information or ask your question clearly. Use formatting options (bold, italics, lists) to make your post easy to read.
Submit Your Thread: Click the "Submit" button to post your thread.

How do I reply to a topic on the forums?

Open the Thread: Click on the thread title to open it.
Scroll to the Reply Box: This is at the bottom of the thread.
Write Your Reply: Enter your response in the text box.
Format Your Reply (optional): Use formatting tools to enhance readability.
Submit Your Reply: Click the "Submit" button.

How do I send a private message to another forum user?

Click on the users name, and choose "Private Message". Enter your message in the text box. Click the send icon (it looks like a paper plane).

How do I check if I have any private messages?

You can easily get to your private messages, by going to the websites main menu, and by choosing the forum drowdown menu. This should then show the private messages link.
