The main account holder can get access to their invoices by logging into the website, then visiting the control panel and choose billing.
We can’t provide a VAT receipt as NORAC is not VAT registered, however a standard invoice is available from the control panel on the website.
You will need to make sure you have ticked the checkbox that enables this. You can find it in under the Member Details tab in the Membership Options page.
You can find instructions on this in the Activate Submembers page, inside the Membership menu. You will need to be logged in as the main account holder to perform this action.
You can do this from the NORAC Certificate page under the Membership menu. Save the page to download the PDF or print it directly from your browser.
You can choose the Subscribe option in the top right hand corner of any forum to be automatically notified when it gets updated. If you change your mind you can unsubscribe from it.
You can view your Topics Started, Replies Created, Favorites and Subscriptions from the My Activity page under the Membership menu.
The public forums are viewable by anybody who visits the site, but can only be posted to by NORAC team and NORAC members. The members only forums are private and can only be accessed by NORAC members and the NORAC team.
You will be propmted to enter data for your NORAC regions when login, until it is completed. This is so we can send you the right information, customize the website, and notify you of relevant NORAC info in your area. When you have entered the contact info for each region you will no longer be prompted to do so on login, and will go directly to the forums instead!
You will need to login as the primary user, and then go to: https://norac.org.uk/member-options/ then choosing billing info, where there is a link to setup your subscription.
