I’m also keen to establish whether any firms report the calculated result to at least three decimal places as you mention, then use <0.01 as the final reported result. This is the correct way as I see it.
Three decimal places used to be used to distinguish levels between 0.010 and 0.0149 when all tests had to be below 0.015 and 80% had to be <0.01 to pass clearance.
