    Whilst many have stated we are not the asbestos police or the HSE, you all must accept that you have a duty of care. If in your professional opinion there is a risk that will cause harm, you have a duty of care to say something. If you have escalated through the chain at the client and get to the top and still are ignored, yes you have done everything in your power within in the business. However if you believe there is a risk, you can raise this externally. Think of Grenfell, if someone had raised this externally how many would have been saved? Same principle, duty of care
