Please find attached a template document which can be used to log any typos or errors found within the new guide. If you could populate the template with anything spotted we can then send our collated response to HSE. I think with this one time is of the essence so ideally would like to aim for the end of the first week in June to collect all information i.e. Friday 4th June.
