Back in 2013 HSE published RR988 Ventilation of enclosures for removal of asbestos containing materials. The finding were supposed to be added to HSG247 Chapter 6, but as usual the HSE did not get round to it – they did add a bit about increased ventilation of small enclosures to the ACOP though.
