Hi, I’ve never personally used Drycal but have seen them in use and the lab in question found them as a great option and far more accurate.
I know it’s probably an obvious question and one which you may have already looked into and ruled out but is there a possibility that the tube on your flow meter is dirty and affecting it’s performance?
